The rents are guaranteed on 23 years and managed, across a lease contract, by the seller  which is member of GROUPAMA, a leading insurance company in France. If required GROUPAMA will confirm the commitment of his subsidiary.

Property will be construct with full guarantee by a high standing and internattional constructor (BOUYGUES or VINCI) and released on year 2012.

We need a 100 % financing on 25/40 years, in fine, classic credit; perpetual loan or similar is also welcome. 

The loan  will be repaid in funding and interest, a part with guaranteed rents, another part by fundingization of around of 20 % of 22 millions euros on the loan period, coming from reimbursement of VAT (value added tax) by France Finance Administration and our company&#039;s owners.

We focuse to the level of interest rest and require as cheaper as possible.

A sponsor of a construction project in Africa has contact me for searching 475 millions euros construction loan for an Exposition Park in Abidjan with commerces, banks, hotels, conference roomss etc. Close to the lagoon and Abidjan Airport. Maybe you will also be interested. If so, please indicate what kind of guarantee should be required for covering all risks which could occur and what is the right scheme for running this deal
